Abs in Bed Workout

I always have a way of stumbling upon workouts. Sometimes it’s a video that pops up after I finish one and sometimes it’s one that I find via somebody I used to follow for workouts. This one is from Scola Dondo and it’s a good one to add. I only did one run through because I had just finished about fifty minutes of cardio + toning exercises, but next time I will probably try to add it doing the two to three times run through like she suggested.
